Four beautiful courses on Phuket, and a fifth nearby on the mainland, have put this island firmly on the regional golfing map. Thousands of golfers now commute to Phuket to play weekend and holiday matches. Many golfers with wives who don’t play, and kids, choose this island as a golfing-holiday destination since there are any number of alternative attractions here to keep the rest of the family happily occupied.

When the following pages are complete (soon) we will give detailed descriptions of each of the five golf courses, and include the best stories by golfing writers that Phuket Magazine has published in the past. These will cover conditions on the courses, special holes, the people who play here and other interesting ideas our writers have picked up on the fairways and greens.
